Who Is This Event For?
Any startup team that does not have Product/Market Fit or any aspiring founder that wants to learn Lean Startup methodologies from the ground-up.
For best results, bring at least one co-founder with you to the event. If you have existing co-founders and none of them attend, you'll have to work on a new startup idea. But don't worry, you'll still learn relevant strategies to apply to your own business. No co-founders? No problem. You'll meet many talented and smart people and have the opportunity to hear their new startup ideas. Got an idea of your own? Great. You'll get a chance to give your elevator pitch at the kickoff.
Over $500 in Free Materials & Software Included with your ticket...
- The Lean Startup by Eric Ries
- The Entrepreneur's Guide to Customer Development by Brant Cooper & Patrick Vlaskovits

Event Schedule...
Friday show up, enjoy pizza and beverages while networking with mentors and other attendees. Bring an idea to pitch and build your team on the spot, OR signup to attend with your existing team and work on what you are doing now. Form testable assumptions, fill out the Business Model Canvas, and develop a plan of approach for the weekend before breaking.
Saturday those assumptions will be tested with customers. It's very likely that most of your initial assumptions will be WRONG. Learn to iterate quickly, validate or invalidate new assumptions, and pivot in a new direction based on empirical evidence. You will go through several Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) -- anything from a polished survey to a landing page to a simple website.
At last, Sunday afternoon present your learnings to the other teams and to a jury of leading mentors and investors. This is not just a learning exercise - you will compete with the other teams to win additional mentorship and support.
